What margin do resellers get?
Terms are set per partner rather than published, because they depend on the market you sell into and the volume you expect. Apply and we will send you the current rate card before you commit to anything.
Do I have to buy stock up front?
That depends on the arrangement we agree with you. Some partners prefer to buy in advance, others prefer to be settled after the fact. Tell us which suits your business and we will say what is possible.
How do my customers actually get the app?
Through Microsoft Store, like any other Windows app. Microsoft handles delivery, licence restore across your customer's PCs, and refunds under the Store rules for their country.
Who supports my customers?
We do. Product questions go to our support team directly, so you are not staffing a help desk for someone else's software. You stay the commercial relationship.
Can I sell outside my own country?
Usually yes. Microsoft Store sells WebPrivacy Pro in the markets it operates in and converts the price locally, so where you can sell is mostly a question of where you can reach customers. We will confirm the territory with you in writing.
